How often should I use PAWTTARI products on my pet?

It depends on the product and your pet’s needs. Our waterless shampoo can be used as often as needed between baths to keep your pet fresh and clean. Our eye wipes are gentle enough for daily use, and our paw balm can be applied after walks or whenever your pet’s paws feel dry or cracked.

Are PAWTTARI products tested on animals?

No, we never test on animals. Our products are 100% cruelty-free, and we are committed to creating pet care products that align with ethical and sustainable practices.

Where are PAWTTARI products made?

All PAWTTARI products are proudly made in the USA, using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients.

What if my pet has allergies or sensitive skin?

Our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind, using gentle and soothing ingredients like aloe vera and witch hazel. However, if your pet has specific allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list of each product to ensure compatibility, or consulting your veterinarian before use.

How can I place an order?

You can easily shop our entire collection by visiting the Shop Page on our website. Simply add the items you’d like to your cart and proceed to checkout. We currently only ship within the United States.

What are your shipping options?

We offer standard shipping across the United States.  Order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.  Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.  Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on our website or through the carrier's tracking system.

What is your return policy?

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for more information.
